Individual
naturopathic care

A physical, mental, emotional and spiritual evaluation is done during the first individual session.

A health plan is established for the next sessions which includes medicinal plants, nutrition and differents traditional tools. 

First session is 2 hours for 200$

Following sessions are 1 hour for 125$

Your discovery day

You want to learn about Indigenous traditional cultures.

Organize your own discovery day about Indigenous culture:  Talking circle, medicine wheel, introduction to the sweatlodge, sacred fire, pipe ceremony, ritual passage and much more.

Talking Circle

Every month, you are invited to come and drop off emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally around a sharing circle.

Drum making workshop

It's a moment to listen to reconnect with your own heartbeat through the creation of your drum. You will receive the teachings and the necessary materials to create a 12- or 15-inches drum which includes an opportunity to participate in a talking circle and the sharing of food with other heartfelt humans like you.

Full moon ceremony

Every month, during the full moon, you are invited to participate in lunar teachings around the sacred fire and a talking circle open to everyone.

Beading workshop

You are invited to a moment of creation and connection to the ancestral traditions. You will receive lessons for creating beaded jewelry followed by a moment to share a meal.

Introduction to medicinal plants

You are invited to learn to identify, pick and transform certain medicinal plants. You will leave with a small pot of cream and new knowledge about twenty different plants that grow around the Centre.

A meal will be shared at lunch.

Medecine wheel teaching Workshop

During this workshop, you will learn the teachings of the Medicine wheel and have time for introspection as well as an opportunity for discussion around the fire in the tipi.

A day for Women fighting cancer

You received a cancer diagnostic; this gentle day of teaching is for you. It will help you find the strength within you: teachings, sharing circle, sacred fired, traditional medicines with plants and shared meal.

This day will give you an overview of the one-week program specially designed to help you better understanding cancer and the options available to you.

Day of Support for Indigenous Veterans

This day is offered to militaries, veterans and their families.

It a day for spiritual relief and sharing of traditional Indigenous tools that will improve the exchanges and help the participants with their quest for spiritual connection: talking circle, sacred fire, sweatlodge, pipe ceremony, medicine wheel and a shared meal.

Sweatlodge day

You want to take care of yourself!

Come join us for a full day of wellness: talking circle, sacred fire, sweatlodge, pipe ceremony and a community meal.

​

A whole day of approximately 8 hours

*Watch for the women sweatlodge in October.
